Day 17...
One of the great things about this film is all the wonderful opportunity to be creative in production design and art direction. I'm going to dedicate a little section of the blog to Sandy and myself and all the great people/vendors who have helped us pull off some amazing scenes. First, did you check out the size of that giraffe? Compliments of none other than my dear friends, Rob & Deb! When you see the film pay special attention to key "Chris" props from them...'lucky spatulas' and 'giraffes galore' to name a few!

Okay...now for amazing thanks to The Ebell Club~ They are equipped to handle any event but I'm thinking weddings are the specialty. Traci and Randy have so many great props/design elements...you'll be blown away by the beauty. All the photo posters (compliments of their in house photographer and brother of Traci), a few of her own spectacular wedding, mirrors, candle holders, furnishings, easles, columns... the list is endless. Thank you Ebell for an amazing place to shoot :)
The other great prop we had today, came from Charlie and his amazing staff at Rossmoor Pastries. We'll be there very soon to shoot but check out the fabulous cake they provided us for the film! I wish I could just dive in and eat it...YUM!!!
Oh, and then there's the less than appetizing prop vomit...ewwwww! Here's to Jeff for being such a sport. For those of you wondering what the heck we're feeding him.. just a little mushroom soup and cream corn. Brooklyn's favorite until today!
Speaking of the Punky, Gram brought her to the set after school along with all the tasty craft services! Everyone LOVES 'Mom's Craft Services'... Anyway, Brooklyn played until Ken wrangled her to do some grip work...hung out with Sandy and I in the production design department...and even did 'some' homework. Then she went home with Gram.

We welcomed some new faces today. First, our wedding guest, JAKE, played skillfully yet playfully by the young Connor! He was a treat to work with and has a family full of other talented thespians who are going to join us for our big finale!
Finally, the much awaited arrival of the lovely LARA, played by sharp tounged Sophia. Quite a treat...and frankly some of the best lines in the flick~ You go girl!
Then we have the three characters we've been graced with most of the week, KEVIN, played by writer/actor/producer Chris, JENNIFER, played by Ronna and VIRGIL, played by Alan. Talk about a pool of talent...and mischief!

There's a better photo of one of my favorite d.p.'s...Darcy. Brooklyn was explaining to someone recently that our new director of photography, shot her baby gap commercial. It was very funny...especially if you know how shy she is.
We end with shots of my partners in crimes of sorts. Sandy, associate producing TWV with me, Todd continuously producing something or another with me, and Christina, soon to be producing two new movies with me. Quite a busy bunch we are. Keep up at my website: www.runawayproductions.tv. Until the wee hours of tomorrow, 'good night and good luck'. Paying homage to the greats ;)

Linda,
We do not intend to shock you but Debra McCarthy is in trouble. Debra bashes stocks while not cast directoring. We thought you should know and understand this criminal and unethical behavior. Debra is only bashing GEPT stock for one reason only so it goes down in price.
Do not believe us, please read the GEPT stock message board. Here is the URL, spend time going through each message and we are sure you will recognize the pattern:
http://tinyurl.com/s7eqf
debra_acts_up yahoo user id has been linked to the ifdataworks yahoo user id, it is undenialable. The other posters have admitted already admitted this.
They(mediwar37, koshea, sasaki -- the other GEPT yahoo stock bashers) are part of this organized scheme.
We have assembled documentation and will submit to the proper authorities in due time.
We are communicating to you to let you know Debra McCarthy is under investigation. We think people in her life should know what Debra is into, this will only protect you or her other contacts.
This is a serious matter that we will see to the very end. It is illegal to bash a stock down with an intent for monetary gain.
Thank you for your time.
