Day 12...

Okay...so here's the poop... (maybe not such a great analogy)...today we got started a wee bit late because Todd was working really hard and really late on our trailer (which, by the way, looks FABULOUS) even though he got a wakeup call from the producer ;)

So, being the nice producer that I am, I made my famous french toast for all the cast & crew. How often does that happen? Yeah...that's what I thought. Anyway, we all got started around 8:00 and still finished on time. What an amazing director we have!

Now about that proposal...lets just say...a toilet paper proposal is probably not the way to go guys :) You'll have to wait for the film to see what happens.

I have to thank my friend and stylist extraordinaire, Tula, for an amazing job on our film today. She had a tremendous amount of work with taking Chris and Kristen back to seventeen as well as Kristen and her boyfriends from High School to current. She did a fantastic job and everyone was thrilled to have a gorgeous salon a short walk from the set. I have to admit, I'm sure no low budget film ever had an amazing makeup and hair department like what we had today :) Thank you again Tula from all of us!

Now, about those "boyfriends"... You see, Kristen always picked the wrong guy. In fact, she picked him over and over and over. These are the "lying cheating manwhores"... First, is prom date DAVE (modeled by David). Second, college jock, MITCH (modeled by Matt) and third, free loving, BRETT (modeled by Zachary)...actually they all are free loving but we'll leave that for the film as well...

I also must take an extra moment to thank Sandy for helping accessorize my wardrobe. You have to check out the shoes, corsage and earings on Prom Queen...

Now for the sad news...we are losing our favorite d.p. Tarina to a reality tv show! These things are bound to happen, especially when money's involved but at least she gets to go to Costa Rica. I wonder if they need a producer/director and cast? Hmmm....

Well, she introduced us to Jason, so we welcome him with open arms for the next half of the film. Things are really ramping up...so stay tuned...we may all be watching a wedding video sooner than we think :)
